Can I pay overdue fees by bank card or bank transfer?
Unfortunately, by bank transfer not, but it is possible to pay by bank card. From 2022, only bank card payments are available in our library, so the various fees can NOT be paid in cash!
Why is there no internet on the catalog computers in the reading room?
Of the computers in the reading room, 2 computers only provide access to our electronic catalog (OPAC) and it does not require an internet connection.
What does the term "printed material" mean?
When will I receive my reserved books?
The reserved books usually arrive back in one, or two weeks. Please note that we can not give you exact information on how long this will take, because it also depends on how many people are ahead of you in the reservation line.
How can I log in on the reading room computers?
You can use your Neptun code and Neptun password to log in to the reading room computers as a student.
Outsiders (non-university citizens) can ask the librarians for help in logging in.
